摘　　要：近年我国在家禽领域已经取得巨大成就,肉鸡养殖从个体户小规模逐步发展成规模化、标准化的养殖模式,我国肉鸡养殖数量居世界首位,但是这种养殖模式下存在的家禽食品质量安全问题有待考究,为我国整个家禽产业发展带来巨大挑战。该文就无公害肉鸡养殖生产质量控制技术展开论述。In recent years,China has made great achievements in the field of poultry.The broiler breeding has gradually developed from a small-scale self-employed household to a large-scale and standardized breeding model.The number of broiler breeding in China ranks first in the world,however,the quality and safety of poultry food in this kind of breeding mode need to be studied,which brings great challenge to the development of poultry industry in China.This paper discusses the quality control technology of pollution-free broiler production.
