摘 要:利用AVL Excite Designer软件建立了某发动机曲轴系扭转振动模型,获得飞轮端最大输出扭矩。利用Hypermesh软件建立曲轴系有限元模型并施加飞轮端输出的最大扭矩,对飞轮连接圈固定螺栓的连接可靠性进行仿真分析。结果显示,飞轮连接圈固定螺栓数量由9个减少为6个后,飞轮连接圈与飞轮接触面最大相对滑移量增加约10%,依然满足设计要求。因此,可以减少3个飞轮连接圈固定螺栓,实现降成本目的。The AVL Excite Designer software was used to establish the torsional vibration model of an engine crank train,and the maximum output torque of the flywheel end was obtained.A finite element analysis model of the crank train was created by the Hypermesh software,and the simulation of the reliability of the flywheel connecting ring blot was conducted by exerting the obtained maximum output torque.The results showed that the slip value on the contacting surface between the flywheel and connecting ring was increased by 10%when decreasing the number of the blots from 9 to 6,but it still satisfied the design requirements,indicating that 3 bolts could be removed.This optimum reduces the cost.
