摘 要:发动机研发过程中经常存在多机型同时进行、一个机型应用于多平台、零件状态多样化的现象,从而导致错装、混装等装配问题时常发生。针对这些问题,在发动机研发初期的试制生产阶段,引入一系列防错技术,消除了装配过程中错装、漏装等潜在风险,也提前为生产线工艺防错提供技术支持。因此,防错技术的合理应用能有效提高产品品质,降低生产成本,提高企业在市场上的竞争力。There often exists several models simultaneously in engine trial-manufacture during an engine development:one model is used for different engine platforms,and there are many diversified parts in one engine model.This causes missing or confused or other assembly errors.Aiming at these questions,a series of mistake proofing technology were introduced in an engine trial-manufacture.As a result,some potential risks,such as some assembly faults and missing error were eliminated,providing technical support for the later engine production.The appropriate application of mistake proofing technology will improve engine assembly quality effectively and reduce the cost of production,and enhance the market competition capability of a company.
