市场化进程与中国经济转型——基于31个省际面板数据的分析

摘　　要：市场化一直是我国经济改革的发展方向,建设具有中国特色的社会主义市场经济是发展目标。当前,我国经济发展正处于新常态时期,正确认识和理解新常态下的经济转型以及由此产生的经济增长减速具有重要意义。本文利用樊纲等(2011)提出的中国市场化指数,在构建经济增长方式衡量指标的基础上对经济增长方式与经济增长之间关系进行了实证研究,通过运用面板门槛计量模型揭示出了经济转型与经济增长之间的非线性特征,而市场化程度则是这一特征产生的重要来源。与此同时,市场化进程还决定着经济转型是带来“阵痛”效应还是产生“红利”效应。The marketiaztion has been the development direction of China’s economic reform, and the Chinese characteristic socialist market economy is the development target. At present, China’s economic development is at New Normal period, the correctly understanding of economic growth and slowdown under the New Normal has important significance. In this paper, we use the Chinese market index constructed by Fang Gang(2011), and we construct a index that can measure the pattern of economic growth, then we analyse the relationship between the pattern of economic growth and economic growth through the panel threshold model and reveal the non-linear characteristics between the pattern of economic growth and economic growth.The marketiaztion degree is the important source of the non-linear characteristics.At the same time,the result of the economic transformation is "labour pains" or "extra dividend" is decided by the marketiaziton process.
