摘　　要：为贯彻落实国家信息化发展战略要求,打造“数字央行”,中国人民银行近年来已经陆续开展金融数据标准化以及大数据平台建设的相关工作。如何实现数据对业务的价值创造,最大程度地发挥数据的价值,使其为提升金融服务与监管水平服务,是当前支付清算系统数据治理工作面临的主要问题。In order to implement the requirements of the national informatization development strategy and build a"digital central bank".In recent years,the People's bank of China has successively carried out the related work about financial data standardization and construction of big data platforms.The realization of the value creation of data,the maximization of the value of your data and the improvement of the level of financial services and regulatory services are the main problems of the current data governance of payment and clearing systems.
