引大入秦灌区现代化建设的思考

摘　　要：引大入秦工程老化严重,管理设施陈旧,灌区现状灌溉模式、灌水方式落后,灌排设施薄弱,不能满足现代化农业发展要求。通过规划实施引大灌区现代化提升改造工程,引大灌区将实现“防灾减灾有力、灌排设施完善、灌溉用水高效、服务管理先进、生态环境健康”的总体目标,实现灌区由现状的粗放管理向精细、高效管理的成功转变。Datong River to Qinwangchuan Region Diversion Project is aging seriously,the management facilities are obsolete,the irrigation mode and irrigation method of the current irrigation area are backward,and the irrigation and drainage facilities are weak,which cannot meet the requirements of modern agricultural development.The Datong River to Qinwangchuan Region Diversion Irrigation Area will realize the overall objectives of‘powerful disaster prevention and reduction,perfect irrigation and drainage facilities,efficient irrigation water,advanced service management and healthy ecological environment’through the planning and implementation of the modernization upgrading and transformation of Datong River to Qinwangchuan Region Diversion irrigation area,and the successful transformation of the irrigation area from extensive management to fine and efficient management is realized.
