摘　　要：为进一步推进水利船闸工程精细化管理工作,落实各项措施,本文以江苏省三河船闸工程为例,介绍该工程垂直位移观测中的一些精细化管理经验,从观测准备、过程管理、资料整编与分析及安全管理等方面阐述了具体的管理措施及标准要求,对观测精度的精细化控制进行了详细解读,可供类似工程垂直位移观测时参考。Sanhe lock project of Jiangsu Province is adopted as an example in order to further promote the elaborating management of hydraulic lock project and implement various measures.Some elaborated management experience in vertical displacement observation of the project is introduced.Concrete management measures and standard requirements are introduced in the aspects of observation preparation,process management,data sorting and analysis,safety management and other aspects,thereby the fine control of the observation precision is explained in details,thereby providing reference during vertical displacement observation in similar projects.
