摘 要:为解决传统实验教学模式难以满足创新人才培养的现实问题,以西安交通大学“电子系统设计与实践”课程教学改革实践为例分析了“淘宝式”教学在高校工科实验教学中的应用。改革实践表明,“淘宝式”教学的实验课程设计从学生的差异化需求出发,明确教师“以学生为中心”的定位,为学生提供有针对性的、差异化的知识服务,有助于激发学生创新意识和提升其创新能力。这项教学模式改革在实践中取得了良好的效果,为进一步优化高校工科实验教学、完善创新人才培养体系提供了有益探索。In order to solve the problem that the traditional experimental teaching model can hardly meet the training of innovative talents,the application of“Taobao-style”teaching in the experimental teaching of engineering in colleges and universities is analyzed by taking the teaching reform practice of“Electronic System Design and Practice”in Xi’an Jiaotong University as an example.The reform practice shows that the experimental curriculum design of“Taobao-style”teaching is based on the students’differentiated needs,clearly defines the“student-centered”teaching positioning,provides students with targeted and differentiated knowledge services,and helps stimulate students’awareness of innovation and their ability to innovate.This teaching mode reform has achieved good results in practice,and has provided useful explorations for further optimizing the experimental teaching of engineering in colleges and universities and improving the training system for innovative talents.
