摘  要:由于实验室在高校教学和科研工作中愈来愈重要的地位,对实验室技术队伍管理与建设提出更高的要求,需要充分调动实验室技术队伍的积极性。基于对目前实验室技术队伍存在问题的深入分析,结合实际情况,提出了一些行之有效的措施:转变观念、提高认识、提升自身素质;加强人员引进和培养相结合的制度建设;完善考核制度和改进激励机制。将这3个方面有机结合具体实施,取得了一定的效果,也为高素质实验室技术队伍建设和管理提供了思路。Due to the increasingly important position of laboratories in teaching and research in universities,higher requirements are placed on the management and construction of laboratory technical team,and the enthusiasm of laboratory technical team needs to be fully mobilized.Based on an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the laboratory technical team,combined with the actual situation,some effective measures have been proposed:changing concepts,raising awareness,improving their own quality,strengthening the system construction of combining personnel introduction and training,improving the assessment system and optimizing incentive mechanism.The combination of these three aspects and their specific implementation have achieved certain results,and also provided ideas for the construction and management of high-quality laboratory technical team.
