摘　　要：在绿色建筑背景下,建筑行业出现了许多新型环保材料。混凝土小型砌块具有成本低、自重轻、强度高、保温隔热效果好等特点,在近几年的建筑工程中应用较为广泛。以混凝土小型砌块为主体结构的建筑,在进行墙面抹灰施工时,容易出现空鼓、开裂等质量问题。既影响了建筑的美观,又带来了安全隐患,必须要通过优化抹灰施工流程、加强抹灰技术控制等措施,充分发挥混凝土小型砌块建筑的应用优势。文章分别从施工准备、抹灰砂浆制备、内外墙抹灰施工等方面,就如何加强建筑装饰抹灰技术控制展开了简要分析。In the context of green architecture,many new environmental protection materials have emerged in the construction industry.Small concrete blocks have been widely used in construction projects in recent years because of their low cost,light weight,high strength,good thermal insulation and so on.For small concrete blocks as the main structure of the building,in the wall plastering construction,it is easy to have empty drum,cracking and other quality problems,which not only affects the beauty of the building,but also brings the hidden danger of safety.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the plastering construction process and strengthen the plastering technology control and other measures so as to give full play to the application advantages of small concrete block buildings.This paper makes a brief analysis on how to strengthen the technical control of building decoration plastering from the aspects of construction preparation,plastering mortar preparation,interior and exterior wall plastering construction and so on.
