摘  要:目的:探讨应用磁吻合环建立兔小肠侧侧吻合的可行性。方法:设计加工适用于兔小肠侧侧吻合的子、母磁体。以10只新西兰兔为动物模型行磁压榨小肠侧侧吻合术。在胃前壁造瘘,子、母磁体经胃造瘘口依次置入小肠近端和远端内,在合适位置调整磁环至对系膜缘侧,子、母磁体相吸压榨肠壁,关闭胃造瘘口。磁环间组织受压缺血坏死后连同磁环从吻合口脱落入肠道,小肠侧侧吻合即建立,磁环最终经肠道自行排出体外。术后1月处死动物,获取吻合口标本,肉眼观察吻合口愈合情况。采用SPSS 22.0进行数据分析。结果:10只新西兰兔均顺利完成手术操作。平均手术时间为(35.30±6.41)min(范围为28~46 min),磁体排出时间为(11.70±2.21)d(范围为9~15 d)。术后1个月获取吻合口标本,肉眼观察可见小肠侧侧吻合口愈合良好。结论:磁吻合环用于兔小肠侧侧吻合具有操作简单、成功率高、吻合效果确切等优点,设计加工适用于人肠道解剖特点的磁吻合环可向临床试用推广。Objective To explore the feasibility of using magnetic anastomosis rings to establish side-to-side intestinal anastomosis in rabbits.Methods The magnetic anastomosis rings were designed and processed for side-to-side intestine anastomosis.Totally 10 New Zealand rabbits were selected for side-to-side anastomosis of the intestine by magnetic compression technique.A fistula was made in the anterior wall of the stomach.The daughter and parent magnetic rings were placed into the proximal and distal parts of the small intestine respectively through the fistula.The magnetic rings were adjusted to the edge of the mesentery side at a proper position,and then absorbed and pressed against the intestinal wall.The tissues between the magnetic anastomosis rings were compressed,ischemic and necrotic,and then dropped into the intestine together with the anastomosis rings from the anastomosis.The side-to-side anastomosis of the small intestine was established.The magnetic anastomosis rings were finally discharged out of the body through the digestive tract.One month after the operation,the animals were killed to obtain the anastomotic specimens and the anastomotic healing was observed with naked eyes.SPSS 22.0 software was used for data analysis.Results All the 10 New Zealand rabbits successfully completed the operation.The mean operation time was(35.30±6.41)min(ranging from 28 to 46 min),and magnetic anastomosis rings discharge time was(11.70±2.21)days(ranging from 9 to 15 days).One month after the operation,the anastomotic specimens were obtained,and visual observation showed that the side-to-side intestinal anastomosis healed well,and the surrounding tissue was slightly adhered.Conclusion Magnetic anastomosis rings can be used for intestine side-to-side anastomosis in rabbits,which have the advantages of simple operation,high success rate and accurate anastomotic effect.
