摘 要:为了确定巴润矿台阶爆破中最大底盘抵抗线,采用了ANSYS/DYNA数值仿真模拟了底盘抵抗线分别为1200cm、1150cm、1100cm、1050cm不同的4组模型,分析台阶坡底线连续单元的应力值能否达到岩石的屈服强度,得到了最大底盘抵抗线值为1150cm,并进行了现场工业试验验证。实际工况结果表明:采用模拟结果底盘抵抗线1150cm爆破后,底板平整,无明显根底,满足采装设备的采掘要求,模拟结果在巴润矿具有可行性。In order to determine the maximum toe burden in the bench blasting of Barun Mine,ANSYS/DYNA numerical simulation was used to simulate four sets of models with toe burdens of 1200 cm,1150 cm,1100 cm and 1050 cm respectively,and the bench toe of the slope was analyzed according to whether the rock was broken.The stress value of the continuous unit was analyzed and compared with the yield strength of the rock.The simulated maximum toe burden value was 1150 cm,which was verified in latter field industrial tests.The actual working conditions showed that,after the simulation result(toe burden is1150 cm)was applied in Barun Mine,the floor was flat after blasting,and there was no obvious tight bottom,which met the requirements of mining equipment,and the feasibility of the research result was proved.
