摘 要:随着机械化程度的提高,原煤中的煤泥含量越来越大,多数选煤厂存在粗煤泥分选精度不高、尾矿跑煤严重等问题。通过对大煤泥量原煤进行筛分试验和干扰床分选试验,分析了不同粒级的粗煤泥干扰沉降状态差异。同时针对传统干扰床分选的局限性,提出用两次分选提高精度的技术路线,研制了三产品干扰床试验机。工业实践结果表明:粗煤泥经过三产品干扰床分选后,大大提高了粗煤泥分选精度,粗精煤产品灰分降低了3%;同时有效避免了尾矿跑煤,提高了精煤回收率。With the improvement of mechanization,the slime content of raw coal is increasing,which leads to low separation accuracy of coarse slime and high coal content in tailings in most coal preparation plants.Through screening test and TBS separation test of high-slime raw coal,the difference of interference settling state of coarse slime with different particle size is analyzed.At the same time,aiming at the limitation of traditional TBS,the technical route of twice-separation is put forward to improve the separation accuracy,and a three-product TBS is developed.The results of industrial practice show that,the separation accuracy of the three-product TBS for coarse slime is greatly improved,and the ash content of coarse slime concentrate products is reduced by 3%.At the same time,the problem of high coal content tailings is effectively solved and the recovery rate of concentrate is improved.
