摘  要:在Na5P3O10-NaOH电解液体系下,利用微弧氧化技术对6061铝合金进行表面着蓝色处理,通过添加不同浓度的K2TiF6着色剂,固定浓度的C6H12N4着色稳定剂,同时添加固定浓度的NaF增强溶液导电性和研究了K2TiF6着色剂浓度对6061铝合金蓝色陶瓷氧化膜层颜色的影响。利用莱卡金相显微镜、扫描电镜、膜层测厚仪、粗糙度仪以及盐雾试验箱等仪器设备对陶瓷膜层的表面形貌、膜层厚度、粗糙度以及耐蚀性能进行分析。结果表明:在Na5P3O10浓度为10 g/L、K2TiF6浓度为6 g/L、NaOH浓度为2 g/L,C6H12N4浓度为10g/L、NaF浓度为5 g/L的配方下制备出的陶瓷膜层表面呈深蓝色,膜层均匀致密、厚度达16.5μm、粗糙度Ra达2.785μm,通过中性盐雾试验分析比较其耐蚀性较基体的有较大幅度的提高。Under the Na5P3O10-NaOH electrolytic system,the surface of 6061 aluminum alloy was colored by micro-arc oxidation technology.K2TiF6 of different concentrations was added as a colorant,C6H12N4 of fixed concentration was added as a color stabilizer,and NaF of fixed concentration was added to enhance the conductivity of the solution at the same time.The effect of K2TiF6 colorant concentration on the color of 6061 aluminum alloy blue ceramic oxide film was studied.The surface morphology,thickness,roughness and corrosion resistance of the ceramic coating were analyzed by Leica metallographic microscope,SEM,film thickness gauge,roughness meter and salt spray test box.The results show that the ceramic coating prepared with Na5P3O1O and concentration of 10 g/L and K2TiF6 of concentra?tion of 6 g/L and NaOH of 2 g/L,C6H12N4 of concentration of 10 g/L and NaF of concentration of 5 g/L is dark blue,the film is uniform and dense,the thickness is 16.5μm,and the roughness reaches Ra 2.785μm.In addition,the corrosion resistance is greatly improved compared with the base metal.
