摘 要:某型导弹整流罩组合件在进行耐压性测试时红外整流罩与紧固环的粘接面失效。通过宏观观察、红外光谱分析、能谱分析等方法对粘接面失效的原因进行了分析。结果表明:在整流罩组合件的装配过程中,密封圈的润滑脂用量过大,导致整流罩与紧固环粘接面被润滑脂涂覆,降低了有效粘接面积,大幅减小了粘接面的粘接力,最终导致整流罩与紧固环粘接面的粘接失效。The bonding surface between the infrared fairing and the fastening ring failed when the pressure resistance test was carried out on the fairing assembly of a certain type of missile.The reasons for the failure of bonding surface were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,infrared spectrum analysis and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that in the assembly process of the fairing assembly,the excessive amount of grease in the sealing ring caused the bonding surface between the fairing and the fastening ring to be coated with grease,reduced the effective bonding area,greatly reduced the bonding force of the bonding surface,and finally led to the bonding failure of the bonding surface between the fairing and the fastening ring.
