摘 要:采用RNG k-ε湍流模型对淬火槽全系统进行了数值模拟,并结合MRF模型对三叶船用螺旋桨搅拌器运行特性进行了计算。分析了槽内液体流动形态、叶轮转速、槽深等参数对系统循环流量及叶轮输出功率的影响,提出了一种等压槽底均流设计方案。模拟结果显示等压槽底设计方案能取得更好的流场均匀性。RNG k-ε turbulence model was emplo yed to simulate the entire structure of the bottom spray quenching tank, and the MRF model was adopted to calculate the performance of the three-bladed marine propeller. After analyzing the effects on the system circulation flow and the impeller output power caused by flow types in the quenching tank, the stirring speed and the height of the tank, a type of isobaric bottom structure design was proposed. The simulation result shows that the isobaric bottom structure design can obtain a more uniform velocity distribution at the bottom zone.
