摘 要:采用静态坩埚法对A12O3-SiO2系浇注料在不同温度下抗2-7系铝合金性能进行了研究。结果表明:添加防渗剂A的浇注料在700~1 000℃对3系铝合金有较好的防渗效果,但实验温度在1 100℃、1 200℃时浇注料的防渗效果减弱;在800℃,2系、4-7系铝合金已和含防渗剂A浇注料反应,生成镁铝尖晶石反应层,反应层的生成可减缓反应的进行,但随着反应时间的延长及反应层的脱落,会造成铝液污染,并影响炉衬的使用寿命;添加防渗剂B的浇注料在700~1 000℃对2系、4-7铝合金有较好的防渗效果,但实验温度在1 100℃、1 200℃时浇注料的防渗效果减弱。在1 100℃,含防渗剂B的浇注料已无法阻止3系铝合金的渗透,铝合金的金属Al、金属Mn可通过浇注料的气孔进行渗透。The properties of Al2 O3-SiO2 series castable resistant to 2-7 series aluminum alloys at different temperatures were studied by static crucible method. The results show that the castable with anti-seepage agent A has a good anti-seepage effect on 3-series aluminum alloy at 700-1 000 ℃, but the anti-seepage effect of the castable is weakened at the experimental temperatures of 1 100 ℃ and 1 200 ℃. At 800 ℃, 2 series and 4-7 series aluminum alloy reactes with castable containing anti-seepage agent A and generates a magnesium-aluminum spinel reaction layer. The formation of the reaction layer can slow down the reaction,but with the extension of the reaction time and the shedding of the reaction layer, the aluminum solution will be contaminated and the service life of furnace lining will be affected. The castable with anti-seepage agent B at 700-1 000 ℃ has a better anti-seepage effect on 2-series and 4-7 series aluminum alloy, but the anti-seepage effect of the castable is weakened when the experimental temperature is 1 100 ℃ and 1 200 ℃. At 1 100℃, the castable containing anti-seepage agent B can no longer prevent the infiltration of 3-series aluminum alloy. The metal Al and metal Mn of aluminum alloy can penetrate through the pores of the castable.
