摘  要:贝肯巴赫环形套筒窑窑衬设计大修周期为5 a,结合梅钢4座500 t/d套筒窑20 a生产实践及历次窑修时窑衬耐材使用情况破损调查,深入掌握了其5年服役期窑衬耗损规律,首次提出套筒窑窑衬结构固有缺陷的概念并进行分析,同时给出基于窑衬服役技术状况的套筒窑窑衬维修策略,以期节约社会耐材制造资源,降低维修成本。Beckenbach ring kiln lining design overhaul period is 5 years. Based on 20 years production practice of four 500 t/d sleeve kilns in Meishan Iron and Steel Co. and the investigation of lining refractory damage during previous kiln repairs, the lining wear law during five years of service is deeply grasped, the concept of inherent defects of the lining structure of sleeve kiln is put forward analyzed for the first time,and the maintenance strategy of sleeve kiln lining is given based on the technical status of the lining service condition, which can save social refractory manufacturing resources and reduce maintenance cost.
