摘 要:以汽车缸盖某厂T6热处理炉为研究对象,以锅炉机组热力计算标准方法为基础,结合热处理炉的结构及特点,对其热力计算原理及方法进行认真和详细地分析研究,并建立热力计算模型。用可视化编程语言Visual Basic以及Microsoft Office Excel和Microsoft Office Access联合开发一套通用的热处理炉热力计算软件。本软件结合了实际生产工艺,计算出不同结构、不同加热制度、不同条件下热处理炉参数。减少了设计人员计算的工作量,提高不同方案对比的效率,为T6热处理炉的设计和最佳运行工况的确定提供了有力的依据。The thermal calculation principle and method of T6 heat treatment furnace in a certain factory of automobile cylinder head are analyzed and studied in detail, and the thermal calculation model is established on the basis of the thermal calculation standard method of boiler unit and in combination with the structure and characteristics of the heat treatment furnace. A general thermodynamic calculation software for heat treatment furnace is jointly developed by using Visual Basic, Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office Access. Combined with the actual production process, the software calculates the parameter of heat treatment furnace with different structure, different heating system and different conditions. The calculation workload of designers is reduced and the comparison efficiency of different schemes is improved,which provides a powerful basis for the design of T6 heat treatment furnace and the determination of the optimum operating conditions.
