摘 要:对南钢新7号热风炉混风腔垮塌后的内衬破损情况、区域温度超过500℃原因进行了分析,利用高炉休风30 h,采用自主研发的中高温强度高、热震稳定性好、能快速烘烤的溶胶结合刚玉莫来石浇注料整体浇筑了热风炉混风腔,并对施工过程进行了详细介绍。目前其已经使用5 a以上,炉壳表面温度维持在120℃以下,使用效果良好,为以后类似工程提供了快速抢修整体浇注的全新思路。The inner liner damage situation and the reason of regional temperature 500 ℃ after the air mixing chamber of No.7 hot air furnace of NISCO are analyzed collapses. The mixed air chamber of the hot air furnace was monolithic poured after damping down for 30 h by using the sol-bonded corundum mullite castable,which was self-developed with high strength under medium and high temperature, and excellent thermal shock stability and quick baking properties. The construction process is introduced in detail. The surface temperature of the furnace shell is maintained below 120 ℃ with good using effect after been used for more than 5 years. It provides a new idea of rapid repair of the overall pouring for the similar projects in the future.
