摘  要:采用室内浸泡试验和页岩气田现场试验对比研究了含Cu抗菌管线钢和L245NCS管线钢的微生物腐蚀行为.结果 表明:在硫酸盐还原菌存在时,两种试验条件下的L245NCS管线钢都发生了严重的点蚀,其在现场试验中的点蚀速率高达16mm/a;而含Cu抗菌管线钢能够有效抑制基体表面细菌的生长,进而抑制点蚀.此外,具有生物毒性的Cu元素在腐蚀产物中富集,进一步提高了材料的抗菌性能.含Cu抗菌管线钢适用于页岩气田环境.Microbiological induced corrosion(MIC)behavior of Cu-containing antibacterial pipeline steel and L245NCS pipeline steel were compared and studied by laboratory immersion test and field test in shale gas.The results demonstrate that in the presence of sulfate reducing bacteria,serious pitting occurred on L245NCS pipeline steel under both test conditions,and the corrosion rate in field test was 16 mm/a.Cu-containing antibacterial pipeline steel could effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface of the substrate,and thereby inhibit pitting.In addition,the biotoxic Cu element was enriched in the corrosion products,which furtherly improved antibacterial properties of the material.Cu-containing antibacterial steel is suitable for shale gasfield environment.
