摘  要:提出了一种针对数字控制变换器的大信号模型精确建模方法。通过深入分析在不同调制方式下变换器的采样数据模型,提出了基于离散域采样数据模型的等效电路推导方法;同时,给出了等效性判别准则,该准则可用于判别所建立模型的精确性。以采用不同调制方式的同步Boost变换器作为研究算例,通过分析所得采样等效电路模型,成功解释了不同调制方式下变换器稳定性不同的根源,所得理论分析结果和仿真结果保持一致。In this paper, a rigorous modeling method is proposed to develop accurate large-signal models of digitally controlled power converters. By analyzing the sampled-data models of the converter with different modulators in depth, a derivation method for an equivalent circuit is put forward based on the sampled-data model in discrete domain. In addi tion, the equivalent criterions are given, which can be used to determine the consistency of the novel model. The syn chronous Boost converters with different modulators are taken as examples, and the stability difference caused by different modulation systems can be explained by the proposed model, indicating that the theoretical results agree well with the simulation results.
