摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来伴随着全球化进程的深入推进,全球治理成为一个世界各国日益重视的议题。尤其是2008年全球金融危机爆发至今,全球化与世界格局发生了重大变化。面对近年来全球化遭遇的挫折,各国普遍意识到全球治理体系变革的必要性与紧迫性。但对于全球治理体系怎么变、向何处变,不同境遇中的国家对其的认识与主张却是聚讼纷纭。In recent years,globalization has encountered setbacks,and countries are generally aware of the necessity and urgency of global governance system reform.However,for how to change the global governance system,countries in different situations have different opinions on it.Professor Wang Zhengyi believes that there are two plans for the reform of global governance system:the free world order led by the United States and the pluralistic multilateralism system.Professor Guo Changgang pointed out that human society has entered the"new axis era",which is an era of global civilization interaction,committed to the realization of equality of various identities such as state,nation,ethnic group,gender,and opposed to all kinds of unfair"power"or"hegemony".Professor Liu Xuelian believes that the global governance system is composed of subject,object,system,concept and other elements,in which the change of subject structure is the core,which will drive the change of other elements;at the same time,the change of global governance system is also a systematic project,and there are many constraints.Professor Wu Zhicheng pointed out that we must focus on the modernization of national governance,the optimization of global governance strategy,the supply of global public goods,the transformation of international cooperation concept,and the cultivation of professional talents to strengthen China’s ability to participate in global governance.Professor Zhao Kejin pointed out that China and the West should properly deal with differences and contradictions,manage and control friction and conflicts,and coordinate the relations between domestic governance and international governance,capitalism and socialism.Professor Gao Qiqi advocated to build a"lead currency"mechanism on the basis of China’s DCEP,and put forward the reform of the core system of the United Nations on the basis of the global digital currency.
