小儿广朴止泻口服液质量标准提高方法研究

摘　　要：目的建立小儿广朴止泻口服液的含量测定方法,提高小儿广朴止泻口服液的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定复方中苍术素、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚和橙皮苷的含量。结果苍术素在0.002 5~0.08 mg.mL^-1范围内线性良好,平均回收率为97.5%(RSD=1.0%);厚朴酚在0.005~0.16 mg.mL^-1范围内线性良好,平均回收率98.6%(RSD=0.6%);和厚朴酚在0.002 5~0.08 mg.mL^-1范围内线性良好,平均回收率98.4 %(RSD=0.6%);橙皮苷在0.01~0.32 mg.mL^-1范围内线性良好,平均回收率100.3%(RSD=1.0%)。结论该含量测定方法简单可行,重现性好,针对性强,可用于小儿广朴止泻口服液的产品质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of Xiaoer Guangpu Zhixie Oral Liquid and improve the quality standard of it.Methods The contents of atractylodin,magnolol,honokiol and hesperidin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results Atractylodin showed good linearity in the range of 0.002 5-0.08 mg·mL^-1,and the average recovery was 97.5%,RSD=1.0%;magnolol showed good linearity in the range of 0.005-0.16 mg·mL^-1,and the average recovery was 98.6%,RSD=0.6%;honokiol showed good linearity in the range of 0.002 5-0.08 mg·mL^-1,and the average recovery was 98.4%,RSD=0.6%;aurantiamarin showed good linearity in the range of 0.01-0.32 mg·mL^-1,and the average recovery was 100.3%,RSD=1.0%.Conclusion This method is simple and feasible,reproducible and highly targeted.It can be used to control the quality of Xiaoer Guangpu Zhixie Oral Liquid.
