中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗癌痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗癌痛的临床疗效。方法将60例恶性肿瘤癌痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组按照WHO三阶梯止痛原则给予止痛药,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予中药穴位贴敷,观察记录癌痛患者止痛效果、睡眠质量改善情况、生活质量改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组有效率83.33%,优于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05);治疗后对照组的KPS改善情况不及治疗组(P<0.01);2组PSQI评分均有改善,治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.01);对照组不良反应发生率为23.33%,高于治疗组的6.67%(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合WHO三阶梯止痛疗法治疗癌痛较单纯三阶梯止痛疗法效果显著,可较明显改善生活质量及睡眠质量,降低患者应用三阶梯止痛药物的不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese materia medica by attaching Ashi acupuncture point.Methods A total of 60 patients with cancerous pain were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30).Patients in the control group were treated by the standardized treatment on cancer pain (WHO).Beyond that,patients in the treatment group were combined with attaching Ashi acupuncture point by using Chinese materia medica.Before and after treatment,indexes of antalgic effect,life quality improvement,sleep quality improvement and adverse reaction were observed and recorded.Results The effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).The score of KPS of the treatment group was slightly superior to the control group (P<0.01).After treatment,PSQI score of the two group were significantly improved compared with before treatment,the treatment group was more pronounced (P<0.01).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 6.67% in the treatment group,and 23.33% in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Chinese materia medica combined with three-step analgesic treatment (WHO) for cancer pain is more effective than simple three-step analgesic treatment,which can significantly improve the quality of life and sleep quality,and reduce the adverse reactions of patients.
