摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为疗法在老年颈椎骨折住院患者负性情绪中的应用效果。方法将符合国际疾病分类第10版精神和行为障碍分类中关于抑郁障碍诊断标准的60例老年颈椎骨折患者纳入组中。随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组行常规心理护理,观察组给予认知行为干预,为期3周。干预3周后进行Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA-14)、Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分,评定其应用效果。结果干预3周后,2组焦虑、抑郁评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为疗法对改善焦虑抑郁有良好的临床效果,建议在临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy in elderly hospitalized patients with cervical spine fracture research on negative emotion.Methods Sixty elderly patients with cervical spine fractures who met the diagnostic criteria of depression in the 10th edition of the International Classification of Mental and Behavioral Disorder were included in the group.They were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).The control group was given routine psychological nursing,and the observation group was given cognitive behavior intervention for 3 weeks.After 3 weeks of intervention,Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA-14) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD-17) were used to evaluate its application effect.Results After 3 weeks of intervention,there was significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups (P<0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy has a good clinical effect on improving anxiety and depression.It is recommended to be used in clinical practice.
