摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下甲状腺微小乳头状癌微波消融的围手术期临床护理要点。方法前瞻性分析我科收治的122例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者微波消融治疗,随机分成观察组和对照组,各61例。观察组采用围手术期综合护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较2组干预后的术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 122例患者均顺利完成微波消融治疗,术后1 d出院,通过围手术期综合护理,观察组不良并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度为100%,明显高于对照组,组间比较差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺微小乳头状癌微波消融患者应加强围手术期的综合护理,良好的护理措施对于疾病的治疗及预后具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the clinical nursing of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation of thyroid papillary microcarcinoma in perioperative period.Methods A prospective analysis of 122 cases of thyroid papillary microcarcinoma treated by microwave ablation in our department was made.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,61 cases in each group.The observation group received comprehensive perioperative nursing care,while the control group received general nursing care.The incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results All the 122 patients completed the microwave ablation treatment successfully,and were discharged 1 day after surgery.Through the perioperative comprehensive nursing,the incidence of adverse complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);and the nursing satisfaction was 100%,significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with microwave ablation of thyroid papillary carcinoma should strengthen the comprehensive nursing in perioperative period.Good nursing measures are of great significance for the treatment and prognosis of the disease.
