摘 要:目的探讨 6S 管理模式在提高门诊护理质量及患者满意度方面的效果。方法制定6S护理质量管理,包括整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全,并对门诊护理人员进行培训。对护理质量和门诊就诊患者满意度进行评估,比较实施6S 管理模式前后评分差异。结果实施6S护理管理后,门诊护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度明显提高对照组(P<0.05)。结论 6S管理模式可有效的提高门诊的护理质量,提高患者满意度,可进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of 6S management mode on improving the quality of outpatient care and patient satisfaction.Methods The 6S nursing quality management was established,including sorting,rectification,clearing,cleaning,literacy and safety,and the outpatient nursing staff were trained.The nursing quality and satisfaction of outpatients were evaluated,and the scores before and after the implementation of 6S management mode were compared.Results After the implementation of 6S nursing management,the outpatient nursing quality score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was significcantly improved in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The 6s management mode can effectively improve the quality of outpatient care and improve patient satisfaction,which can be further promoted and applied.
