摘　　要：目的总结1例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤伴不完全性肠梗阻患者和家属实施安宁疗护的临床经验。方法运用安宁疗护的理念、知识和技能对1例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤伴不完全性肠梗阻患者进行护理,帮助患者减轻疲乏、恶心、呕吐及其他症状,评估患者的灵性需求并给予灵性照护,使患者平静、舒适、安详地走完人生最后阶段;同时给予主要照顾者支持,使其积极面对各种问题。结果通过全方位的安宁疗护,实现了患者的善终、善别和家人的善生。结论安宁疗护可以帮助肿瘤末期患者舒适、平静、尊严地走过最后的生命阶段,建议在临床护理中推广应用。Objective To summarize a case of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with incomplete intestinal obstruction patients and their families in the implementation of clinical experience of hospice care.Methods The patient with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with incomplete intestinal obstruction was nursed with the concept,knowledge and skills of hospice care,so as to help patients to reduce fatigue,nausea,vomiting and other symptoms.After assessing the spiritual needs of patients,spiritual care was given to enable the patient walked through the last stages of life calmly,comfortably and peacefully.At the same time,support was given to the main caregivers so that they could actively face various problems.Results Through a full range of hospice care,the patient has passed away with peace and serenity.At the same time,the families can also face the life after losing their lovers.Conclusion Hospice care can help patients with cancer go through the final stage of life comfortably,calmly and with dignity.It is suggested that it should be popularized in clinical nursing.
