摘　　要：股骨头缺血性坏死是临床骨科常见、高致残率疾病,外伤、激素等为其发病主要因素。因此,项目团队以"筋骨并重"理论为核心,髓芯减压+人工骨支撑体组为总体技术路线,联合中医内治法对股骨头缺血性坏死采取血循环重建与骨修复进行深入研究。以期为干预治疗股骨头缺血性坏死达到骨性修复成为可能,最终攻克股骨头缺血性坏死难题。Avascular necrosis of the femoral head is a common and high disability disease in orthopaedics.Trauma and hormone are the main pathogenic factors.Therefore,the project team took the theory of "emphasis on both sinews and bones" as the core,core decompression and synthetic bone support as the overall technical route,and combined the internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to conduct in-depth research on blood circulation reconstruction and bone repair for avascular necrosis of femoral head,in order to intervene in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head and achieve bone repair,ultimately overcome the problem of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
