硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊高症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊高症的临床价值。方法随机将2017年5月~2018年5月收治的70例妊高症患者分为两组,每组35例。对照组行硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行拉贝洛尔治疗;比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、血压水平以及母婴结局等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊高症效果显著,有利于改善母婴结局,提高了临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical value of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Seventy patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 35 in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, and the observation group was treated with basic aspirinol in the control group;the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate, blood pressure level and maternal and infant outcomes of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate is effective in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension, which is beneficial to improve maternal and infant outcomes and improve clinical efficacy. It is worthy of popularization and application.
