优质护理干预对老年无痛胃肠镜诊疗术患者生命体征、情绪及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预在老年无痛胃肠镜诊疗术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2016年4月-2017年9月行无痛胃肠镜诊疗术的老年患者116例,按照检查时间分为两组,各58例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以优质护理干预,对比两组患者的生命体征、情绪状态及不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的SAS评分及不良反应总发生率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压及心率水平均较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者的护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行无痛胃肠镜诊疗术的老年患者实施优质护理干预,能明显缓解患者诊疗前的焦虑情绪,减轻诊疗中生命体征波动,减少不良反应的发生,有利于提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application value of high quality nursing intervention in senile patients with painless gastroenteroscopy. Methods 116 senile patients with painless gastroenteroscopy in the hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 were divided into two groups according to examination time, with 58 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing intervention, and observation group was given high quality nursing intervention. The vital signs, emotional status and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The SAS score and the total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions High quality nursing intervention in senile patients with painless gastroenteroscopy can relieve anxiety before treatment, reduce fluctuation of vital signs during treatment, decrease adverse reactions, and increase nursing satisfaction.
