摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为疗法(CBT)联合银质针导热疗法和关节腔三氧注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)伴抑郁患者的临床效果。方法将80例KOA伴抑郁症患者随机分为Ⅰ组(CBT+银质针导热疗法+关节腔三氧注射治疗)、Ⅱ组(银质针导热疗法+关节腔三氧注射治疗),各40例。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的PRI、VAS、PPI评分及SF-MPQ总分均逐渐降低(P<0.05)。治疗后第8周末,Ⅰ组的HAMD评分低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组的临床疗效优于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论CBT联合银质针导热疗法和关节腔三氧注射治疗能改善KOA伴抑郁患者的抑郁情绪,并有效缓解其疼痛程度,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy and intra-articular trioxygenation injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with depression.Methods A total of 80 patients with KOA and depression were randomly divided into groupⅠ(CBT+silver needle heat conduction therapy+intra-articular trioxygenation injection)and groupⅡ(silver needle heat conduction therapy+intra-articular trioxygenation injection),with 40 cases in each group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of PRI,VAS,PPI and SF-MPQ total score in the two groups decreased gradually(P<0.05).At the end of the 8th week after treatment,the HAMD score in the groupⅠwas lower than that in the groupⅡ(P<0.05).The clinical effect of treatment in the groupⅠwas better than that in the groupⅡ(P<0.05).Conclusion CBT combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy and intra-articular trioxygenation injection can improve the depression of patients with KOA and depression,effectively alleviate the degree of pain,and improve the clinical efficacy.
