活血起痿汤联合西地那非对勃起功能障碍患者Hcy、NO、ET-1及性功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨活血起痿汤联合西地那非对勃起功能障碍(ED)患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)及性功能的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年3月本院收治的130例ED患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组65例。A组给予西地那非治疗,B组给予活血起痿汤联合西地那非治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的血清指标、性功能、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的Hcy、ET-1水平均降低,NO水平均升高,且B组优于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IIEF-5评分、勃起硬度均升高,勃起时间均延长,且B组优于A组(P<0.05)。B组的治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血起痿汤联合西地那非可有效改善ED患者的Hcy、ET-1、NO及性功能,有利于提高治疗疗效,且安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of Huoxue Qiwei decoction combined with sildenafil on the homocysteine(Hcy),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)and sexual function of patients with erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods A total of 130 patients with ED admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into group A and group B,with 65 cases in each group.The group A was treated with sildenafil,and the group B was treated with Huoxue Qiwei decoction combined with sildenafil.The serum indexes,sexual function before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of Hcy and ET-1 in both groups decreased,and the level of NO increased,and those in the group B were better than the group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of IIEF-5,erectile hardness in both groups increased,erectile time prolonged,and those in the group B were better than the group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the group B was higher than that in the group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Qiwei decoction combined with sildenafil can effectively improve the Hcy,ET-1,NO and sexual function of patients with ED,it is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect,with good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
