丹参注射液联合硫酸镁治疗妊高征的临床效果及对妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参注射液联合硫酸镁治疗妊高征的临床效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院产科2017年3月至2019年3月收治的120例妊娠期高血压患者为研究对象,根据双盲抽取法将其分为观察组(60例,常规治疗+丹参注射液)和对照组(60例,常规治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清内皮素、同型半胱氨酸、血管性血友病因子水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清NO水平均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合硫酸镁治疗妊高征的临床效果显著,可改善患者妊娠结局,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danshen injection combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension and its influence on pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 120 patients with gestational hypertension admitted in the obstetrics department of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the double blind extraction method,the patients were divided into observation group(60 cases,routine treatment+Danshen injection)and control group(60 cases,routine treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum endothelin,homocysteine and von willebrand factor in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum NO level in the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen injection combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension has a significant application effect,it can improve the pregnancy outcome of patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
