摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在老年复杂性肾结石患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的188例老年复杂性肾结石手术患者,随机分为对照组(94例,常规护理)和观察组(94例,快速康复外科护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者的SAI及TAI评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,治疗依从率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的GQOLI-74各项评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念在老年复杂性肾结石患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者焦虑情绪,促进生活质量和护理满意度的提高。Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of elderly patients with complex renal calculi.Methods A total of 188 elderly patients with complex renal calculi admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(94 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(94 cases,rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the SAI and TAI scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the treatment compliance rate was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of GQOLI-74 in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of elderly patients with complex renal calculi has a significant application effect,which can improve the anxiety emotion,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
