研究生综合素质与就业关系的统计分析

摘  要:对沈阳师范大学数学与系统科学学院2013—2016级研究生的综合素质及其就业情况进行量化统计,用R语言建立数据集并进行了一般性分析;通过lm函数建立多元线性回归模型,对所得参数进行参数估计、残差分析及拟合优度检验,导出了回归方程;利用F值结合显著性检验原理,对建立的回归模型是否具有实际意义及应怎样检验自变量对回归方程的显著作用给出了判定。结果可见,研究生在校期间除了成绩外,学术论文、奖学金、荣誉获奖、讲课大赛等因素都与研究生的就业有显著正相关关系,研究获得了各影响因素的影响权重,对高校研究生的就业有一定的参考价值。To quantify and statistically analyze the comprehensive quality and employment status of the 2013-2016 graduate students of the academy for mathematics and system science in Shenyang Normal University,which were used to set up the data set and carry out the general analysis with R language.The multiple linear regression model was established by lm function,then the regression equation was derived by the parameter estimation,the residual analysis and the test of goodness of fit.If the established regression model had significance and how to test the significant effect of independent variables on the regression equation,which were determined by F value combined with the significance testing.The research results showed that the academic papers,scholarships,awards information,lecture competitions and other factors besides academic performance during the school periods had significant positive correlation with the employment status of graduate students.The influences weight of each factor were obtained,which had certain reference value for the employment of graduate students in colleges and universities.
