摘　　要：髋部骨折好发于老年人,目前临床上多采取切开或闭合复位内固定、髋关节置换作为治疗方案,但老年人身体机能下降,多合并各种慢性疾病,术后易出现并发症,因此,如何在诊疗过程中做到既病防变、防治术后并发症、加速康复,成为目前急需解决的问题。平乐正骨是我国具有重要影响力的骨伤科流派,辩证施治是平乐正骨理念在临床骨折应用中的指导原则之一,针对骨折的发病特点,平乐正骨创立了“初(破)、中(和)、后(补)”三期创伤用药辨证施治法,即初期宜破血,中期宜和血,末期宜补血。本文将平乐正骨辩证用药在老年髋部骨折围手术期的应用逐一解析,以探求平乐正骨辩证用药的规律与特点,为骨伤科临床用药提供新的诊疗思路。The elderly are prone to hip fractures.At present,in clinical practice,internal fixation after open or closed reduction,and hip replacement are often used as treatment options.However,the physical functioning of the elderly is declining and often combined with various chronic diseases and postoperative complications are prone to occur.Therefore,how to prevent and treat diseases during the diagnosis and treatment,prevent and treat postoperative complications,and speed up the rehabilitation has become an urgent problem.Pingle bone-setting is one of the most influential orthopedic genres in China.Syndrome differentiation treatment is one of the guiding principles for the clinical application of the Pingle bone-setting concept in fractures treatment.According to the characteristics of the fracture,Pingle bone-setting use syndrome differentiation medication in three stages,that is,the first stage is suitable for“po xue”,the intermediate stage is suitable for“he xue”,and the final stage is suitable for“bu xue”.This article analyzes the application of Pingle bone-setting syndrome differentiation medication in the perioperative period of hip fractures in the elderly,in order to explore the rules and characteristics of Pingle bone-setting syndrome differentiation medication,and provide new clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas for orthopedics.
