摘 要:曙一区超稠油1997年投入开发,经历了直井蒸汽吞吐开发、水平井加密开发和开发方式转换三个主要阶段。2005年馆陶油藏开始实施SAGD先导试验,通过开发方式转换来提高油藏采收率,经过多年的科学动态调控,馆陶试验区取得了突破性的阶段效果,为SAGD工业化推广奠定了重要基础。但是馆陶油层动用区域主要集中在中部,油藏边部动用程度相对较低。为了改善现状,通过对馆陶油藏的精细描述,在油藏边部部署了扩边井组D-GH62井组,该井采用了最先进的钻完井技术,预测井组高峰期日产量达到200t。2015年井组转入SAGD开发后,日产油量未达预期,为改善井组效果,通过在水平段中部新增两个注汽井点,完善井网,加强注汽,快速建立热连通;对上返馆陶且未动用过馆陶油层的井实施轮换注汽,降低配注量,并对水平生产井控液生产,防止汽窜;在低物性段上下方同时射孔,突破低物性段遮挡,有效促进蒸汽腔的形成与扩展,该井日产油提高了100t。The heavy oil in Shu1 area was put into development in 1997, which experienced three main stages: steam huff and puff for vertical wells,infilling development for horizontal wells and conversion of development mode.In 2005,a pilot test of SAGD was carried out in Guantao reservoir,and the recovery of reservoir was improved through the conversion of development mode.After scientific and dynamic regulation in many years,a phased effect has been achieved with breakthrough in the experimental area of Guantao reser-voir,which laid an important foundation for the industrial application of SAGD.However,the operation area of Guantao reservoir is mainly concentrated in the middle,and the producing degree of reservoir edge is relatively low.In order to improve the current situation,the extended well group D-GH62 is deployed at the edge of the reservoir after the detailed description of Guantao reservoir,which adopts the most advanced drilling and completion technology,and the daily production of the well group is predicted to be 200 tons per day at the peak.After SAGD is applied to the development of the well group in 2015,the daily oil production did not reach the expectation value.In order to improve the effect of the well group,two new well points of steam injection are set in the middle of horizontal interval to improve the steam injection and well pattern,and heat connectivity may be formed quickly.For the wells drilled at Guantao reservoir with no producing,steam should be injected alternatively to reduce injection allocation rate.The horizontal wells are produced with con-trollable fluid production to prevent steam channeling.Perforation should be done together at low-physical property sections up and down to break the barrier of the low-physical property sections,and steam chamber may be formed and developed effectively.The daily oil production of this well has increased by 100 tons.
