摘　　要：随着海上稠油热采新技术、新工具的使用,对注热管柱要求越来越高,需要对注热管柱进行优化设计,保证注热效果和安全,为此开发了注热管柱优化设计和校核软件,建立有限元分析力学分析模型来计算不同工况下管柱的受力。在管柱受力变形的基础上,编制了管柱优化设计与校核软件,可以对注热管柱配套工具扶正器布局、封隔器座封位置和伸缩短节选择进行优化设计,在有限元基础上引入弹簧元建立管柱力学模型,解决了管柱与井壁的随机非线性接触求解难题。软件对注气管柱的可下入性进行分析,对注热管柱和工具在不同工况下的强度进行安全校核。通过对比本软件强度安全系数和Landmark校核结果,表明软件强度校核较准确,差别不大。该软件应用在渤海多个稠油油田,显示了其设计的可靠性。现场应用表明通过注热软件设计的管柱能保证其可靠性和安全性。Along with the application of new thermal recovery technologies and tools to offshore heavy oil,there is an increasing demand for thermal injection string.It is necessary to optimize the thermal injection string to ensure injection safety and recovery performance.Software of optimization design and calibration of the thermal injection string is developed.A mechanics analysis model of finite element is established to calcu-late the stress of the string at various conditions.According to the string deformation under the stress,the software of optimization design and calibration of the string is programmed to optimize centralizer distribution,packer setting set and retractable nipper selection.Mechanic string model may be built with spring element introduced based on the finite element,which solves the difficulty of solving random nonlinear contact between the string and borehole wall.The software can be used to analyze the accessibility of injection string and to check the safe strength of the thermal injection string and tools under various conditions.Strength safety coef-ficients of this software and Landmark check result are compared.It shows that the strength check of the soft-ware is correct with few differences.The application of this software in several heavy oil fields of Bohai indi-cates its reliability on design.Field application presents that the thermal injection string designed by the soft-ware is reliable and safe.
