摘 要:连续重整装置消耗能源的设备较多,能耗大,降低其综合能耗是每个炼油厂迫切需要解决的问题。通过对洛阳石化连续重整装置的能耗组成及影响因素进行分析,发现影响重整装置能耗的主要因素为燃料气、电、蒸汽。针对此影响因素,目前已经采取了节能措施,如改造重整反应加热炉系统,节约装置燃料气消耗;增上调风砖,减少重整反应三合一加热炉互串;根据贫、富料变化调整重整反应苛刻度;改进部分往复式压缩机负荷调节系统;对部分泵进行叶轮切割;增上预分馏塔塔顶换热器,利用预分馏塔塔顶富裕热量等。并指出目前节能方面存在的问题,如部分设备无变频、加热炉排烟温度高等。针对重整装置目前运行状况,提出进一步节能优化建议,如重整正异戊烷分离塔塔底热源改为0.3MPa蒸汽、优化重整装置原料稳定流程、适当降低气液分离分罐入口温度、节约3.5MPa蒸汽消耗等。Continuous catalytic reforming(CCR) unit has a lot of energy-consuming equipment,so its energy consumption is high.Reducing its comprehensive energy consumption is an urgent problem to be solved by refineries.By analyzing the energy consumption composition and influencing factors of the CCR unit at SINOPEC Luoyang Company,it was found that the main factors influencing the energy consumption of CCR unit are fuel gas,electricity and steam.Some energy-saving measures have been taken,such as revamping the reforming reaction heating furnace system to save the fuel gas consumption of the unit,installing air-conditioning bricks to minimize the disturbance of combustion gas in the three-in-one reforming reaction heating furnace,adjusting the severity of reforming reaction according to the changes in lean and rich materials,improving the load regulation system of some reciprocating compressors,cutting the impellers of some pumps,and installing an overhead heat exchanger on the pre-fractionation tower to utilize the surplus heat on top of pre-fractionation tower.The problems in energy saving were pointed out,such as no frequency conversion for some equipment and high exhaust temperature of heating furnace.According to the current operation of the CCR unit,some suggestions were provided for further energy-saving optimization,such as replacing the heat source at the bottom of n-pentane/iso-pentane separation tower with 0.3 MPa steam,optimizing the raw material stabilization process of CCR unit,appropriately reducing the inlet temperature of gas-liquid separation tank,and reducing the consumption of 3.5 MPa steam.
