摘　　要：4月1日上午,河南省高级人民法院的一起改判案件引起了社会广泛关注——2004年11月15日,河南省商丘市民权县人和镇周岗村两名孩童因毒鼠强中毒一死一伤,河南农民吴春红被民权县公安局认定为这起投毒杀人案的犯罪嫌疑人。2005年6月23日,吴春红被商丘市中级人民法院以故意杀人罪判处无期徒刑。之后,吴春红4次上诉,河南省高级人民法院3次裁定撤销原判,发回重审,但吴春红最终被判处无期徒刑。2018年9月,这起案件经过最高人民法院指令发回再审。4月1日,吴春红最终等来"改判无罪"。On April 1 st,it aroused widespread concern of the society that a case was changing the original sentence by the Henan Provincial High People’s Court.On November 15 th of 2004,two children from Zhougang Village of Zhenhe Town in Minquan County of Shangqiu City,Henan Province,one died and one injured for rat poison.As a result,Henan farmer Wu Chunhong was identifi ed as the suspect in this case by the Minquan Police Station.On June 23 rd of 2005,Wu Chunhong was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Shangqiu Intermediate People’s Court for intentional homicide.After that,Wu Chunhong appealed four times,and the Henan Higher People’s Court revoked the original sentence and sent it back for retrial for three times,but Wu Chunhong was eventually sentenced to life imprisonment.On April 1 st,Wu Chunhong fi nally waited for"changing the original sentence and acquittal".
