摘  要:目的研究复方益肝颗粒处方中主药的活性成分提取工艺。方法以苦参碱为指标成分,采用正交试验筛选优化提取工艺条件。结果采用薄层扫描法测定苦参碱含量,在1.17~5.83μg范围内与峰面积的线性良好。正交试验结果显示,提取苦参碱的水用量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素对提取工艺无明显影响。结论该方法简便可行,可为该制剂的工艺条件及质量控制提供参考。Objective To study the extraction technology of active components in the prescription of compound Yigan granules.Methods With Matrine as the index component,the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.Results The content of matrine was determined by TLC scanning.The linearity between the content and peak area was good in the range of 1.17~5.83μg.The orthogonal test results showed that the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times had no significant effect on the extraction process.Conclusion The method is simple and feasible,which can provide reference for the technological conditions and quality control of the preparation.
