摘　　要：目的调查新疆自治区PICC专科护士多点执业的认知与意愿,旨在为PICC专科护士多点执业的推行提供理论依据。方法采用PICC专科护士多点执业认知与意愿问卷,对新疆158名PICC专科护士进行问卷调查。结果 PICC专科护士对护士多点执业认知总得分为(33.11±7.62)分,护士能级、聘用类别、月收入、从事PICC护理工作为PICC专科护士多点执业认知的影响因素,可共同解释PICC专科护士多点执业认知得分总变异的45.00%。PICC专科护士多点执业意愿总得分为(84.93±9.27)分,年龄、工作年限、学历、聘用类别、能级为PICC专科护士多点执业意愿的影响因素,可共同解释PICC专科护士多点执业意愿得分总变异的23.60%。45.39%护士认为多点执业首先考虑的因素是法律保障;91.45%认为多点执业可以发挥自身专业特长;82.89%护士认为通过多点执业,可提高自身职业价值;88.16%护士认为,通过多点执业可提高自己的社会地位和增强职业认同感。结论新疆自治区PICC专科护士多点执业认知处于中等水平,多点执业意愿强烈。加强对低年资、学历及低能级护士的教育,提高她们护士多点执业认知,同时完善相关法律和多点执业监督体系,明确多点护士的职责,以稳步推进PICC专科护士多点执业向前发展。Objective To investigate the cognition and willingness of PICC specialist nurses in Xinjiang Autonomous Region on multi-site practice of nurses in order to provide a basis for theoretical research on multi-site practice of PICC specialist nurses.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on multi-point practice cognition and intention of PICC specialized nurses was used for the investigation among 158 PICC specialist nurses in Xinjiang. Results The cognition of nurses in the specialty of PICC was(33.11 ±7.62), and the willingness of nurses in the specialty of PICC was(84.93 ±9.27). Age, employment length, education, employment category and competency were the main factors for the willingness of nurses in the specialty of PICC(P<0.05), which explained 23.60%total variarance. Competency, level of specialist nurses, employment category, monthly income, and experience in PICC nursing were the main factors of their practice cognition on multi-point(P <0.05). 45.39% of nurses believed that the preliminary condition for multi-point practice was legal guarantee and 90.45% believed that multi-site practice gave full play to their professional expertise and realized the self-value of nurses. 82.89% nurse believed that it could raise occupational value.88.16% nurses believed it could raise social degree and strengthen professional self-identity. Conclusions The cognition of multi-site practice of PICC nurses in Xinjiang Autonomous Region is at the medium level, and the willingness of multi-point practice is strong. The administrations should regulate relevant laws as soon as possible, strengthing training on junior nurse with low education establishing a reasonable responsibility sharing system, and steadily promoting the implementation of the multi-site practice policy on PICC specialist nurses.
