护患协同模式在宫颈癌根治术后患者尿潴留中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护患协同模式对宫颈癌根治术后患者尿潴留的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年8月在本院收治的宫颈癌根治术后的100例患者,按入院时间顺序编号,单数为对照组,双数为观察组,每组各50例。两组患者术后均保留尿管、定时放尿、膀胱冲洗等常规处理后进行膀胱功能训练间歇性导尿,并于术后10d拔除尿管,观察组患者在此基础上评估患者相应需求,采用护士、患者及其家属三者分工配合的护患协同模式。比较两组患者的尿潴留发生率、总尿管留置天数及术后住院时间。结果干预后观察组患者尿潴留发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后留置尿管的时间及术后住院天数少于和低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护士、患者及其家属三方的护患协同模式助于提高宫颈癌根治术后患者膀胱功能和训练间歇性导尿的效果,减轻尿潴留程度,适合临床推广使用。Objective To study the effect of nurse-patient cooperative nursing intervention on uroschesis in patients having undergone radical operation of cervical cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients hospitalized in the hospital during January 2017 and August 2019 were equally divided into two groups by their registration number: those with odd numbers assigned as control group and those with even ones as observation group. The catheters in the patients of the control group were kept for regular release of urination and gladder washing after the radical operation. Then all of them received training of gladder function, with the catheter withdrawn on day 10 after the operation. The patients of the observation group were treated with synergy nursing model on the basis of the nursing care as in the control group. Results The uroschesis degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P <0.05), the duration of catheteration and the hospital stay were both significantly shorter(P <0.05). Conclusions The nurse-patient cooperative nursing intervention can promote the effect of intermittent urination at bladder function training among the patients after radical operation of cervical cancer. It is effective in reducing the incidence of urschesis, worthy of clinical promotion.
