摘  要:考察了常规式和运动式厌氧正渗透膜生物反应器(AnOMBR)处理高浓度酒精废水的运行性能.结果表明,两种类型AnOMBR的正渗透(FO)出水相同,其COD小于80 mg/L,NH+4 N和TN小于30 mg/L,TP小于0.2 mg/L.FO出水采用反渗透回收汲取液,两种AnOMBR的出水不仅满足酒精废水排放标准(GB 27631—2011)而且满足城市杂用水回用标准(GB/T 18920—2002).此外,两种类型AnOMBR处理酒精废水过程中,CH4产率均为0.37 L CH4/g COD左右,可以实现沼气回收.与常规式AnOMBR相比,运动式AnOMBR取得了更好的FO膜通量运行效果且具有更轻的生物污染和有机污染,这表明通过往复运动增加膜面剪切力的方式可以有效缓解FO膜污染.运动式AnOMBR处理酒精废水可以同步实现沼气回收和废水回用,在高浓度有机废水处理领域具有较好的应用潜力.Anaerobic osmotic membrane bioreactor(AnOMBR)combining forward osmosis(FO)process and anaerobic biotechnology is a novel wastewater treatment process.In this study,typical and moving AnOMBRs were applied for treating alcohol wastewater.The results indicated that the COD,NH+4 N,TN and TP concentrations in the FO permeate of both AnOMBRs were less than 80 mg/L,30 mg/L,30 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L,respectively.Considering the FO permeate is commonly treated by the reverse osmosis for draw solute recovery,the effluent water quality of both AnOMBRs could meet with both the alcohol wastewater discharge standard(GB 27631—2011)and water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption(GB/T18920—2002).Meanwhile,the methane production rate was approximately 0.37 L CH4/g COD during the alcohol wastewater treatment by both AnOMBRs.Compared with the typical AnOMBR,the moving AnOMBR had better water flux and less biofouling and organic fouling of FO membrane,suggesting that improving the shearing force of the FO membrane surface by moving the FO membrane up and down can effectively alleviate membrane fouling.Based on the above facts,the moving AnOMBR simultaneously recovering water and biogas from the alcohol wastewater has a good potential in the high-strength organic wastewater treatment.
