摘 要:准确快速测量进水污染指数对反渗透(RO)膜污染有效防控意义重大,综述了RO进水污染指数的相关研究进展.0.45μm微滤(MF)膜的淤泥密度指数(SDI)是最常用的表征颗粒物污染潜势的经验性污染指数.滤饼层过滤机理和0.45μm MF膜的修正污染指数(MFI)和滤饼层污染指数(CFI)侧重于颗粒物污染潜势的表征.超滤(UF)膜的MFI UF涵盖了颗粒物和胶体的污染潜势,而错流取样器模式考虑了RO错流过滤中的污染物选择性沉积问题.纳滤(NF)膜的MFI NF进一步涵盖了溶解性有机物的污染潜势,而滤饼层阻力模拟器模式考虑了RO高压力和渗透压的影响.基于MF→UF→NF梯度过滤的MFI分别表征颗粒物、胶体和溶解性有机物的污染潜势,可以更有效地识别主要污染物,进一步结合污染机理的全面分析有望发展出更具针对性的污染指数.It is of great importance to measure feedwater fouling index accurately and rapidly for effective reverse osmosis(RO)membrane fouling control and thus the studies on feedwater fouling index for RO are reviewed.Silt density index(SDI)based on microfiltration(MF)membrane with pore size of 0.45μm is the most widely used fouling index empricially characterizing fouling potential of particles.Modified fouling index(MFI)and cake fouling index(CFI)based on cake filtration mechanism and MF membrane with pore size of 0.45μm reflect fouling potential of particles.MFI with ultrafiltration(UF)membrane(MFI UF)reflects fouling potential of particles and colloids.MFI UF with crossflow sampler(CFS MFI UF)covers the selective deposition of pollutants on RO membrane surface in crossflow filtration mode.MFI with nanofiltration(NF)membrane(MFI NF)reflects fouling potential of particles,colloids and soluble organics.MFI NF with cake resistance simulator(CRS MFI NF)covers the high pressure and osmotic pressure in RO process.MFI with sequential MF,UF and NF to reflect fouling potential of particles,colloids and soluble organics,respectively,which can identify the main foulant effectively.Sequential MF,UF and NF coupling full analysis of fouling mechanisms is proposed to develop more specific fouling index.
