摘　　要：2019年5月16日,市场监管总局、工信部发布了《电器电子产品有害物质限制使用合格评定制度实施安排》,第一批管控目录于2019年11月1日起开始执行,国家相关部门对电器电子产品的有害物质的管控越来越规范化,制度化。解析该评定制度的条款,并结合具体的产品绿色生命周期管控的品质管理体系的案例,给予照明行业的制造商及生产厂切实有效的应对措施。May 16,2019,the State Administration for Market Regulation and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the restricted use conformity assessment system implementation arrangement for the hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products,and the first control directory has been implemented since November 1,2019.The control of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products by related national departments is more and more standardized and systematic.This article parses the terms of the assessment system,and combined with the specific product green life cycle quality management system,gives lighting manufacturers and factories effective countermeasures.
