摘 要:将氨基修饰的适配体与1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐(EDC)和N-羟基丁二酰亚胺(NHS)活化的氧化石墨烯键合,制备得到了新型氧化石墨烯/适配体(GO/Apt)吸附剂,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)进行表征,研究了四环素(TC)、多西环素(DC)和美他环素(MC)在其表面的吸附行为.结果表明:四环素类抗生素在GO/Apt吸附剂表面的吸附符合二级动力学模型(相关系数≥0.9950),吸附过程符合Freundlich等温模型(相关系数≥0.9892),为自发吸热过程(ΔG≤-1.20 kJ·mol^-1,ΔH≥29.89 kJ·mol^-1);GO/Apt吸附剂的最大吸附容量分别为66.12 mg·g^-1(TC),50.22 mg·g^-1(DC)和68.23 mg·g^-1(MC).GO/Apt吸附剂对四环素类抗生素的去除率达80%以上,表明其在环境水样中四环素类抗生素的去除方面具有较好的应用前景.A novel graphene oxide/aptamer(GO/Apt)adsorbent was synthesized with amino-modified aptamer and carboxy-group activated grapheme oxide by 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC)and N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS).The prepared GO/Apt was characterized by FT-IR,TEM and XPS.Its adsorption properties for tetracycline(TC),doxycycline(DC)and metacycline(MC)were systematically investigated.The results showed that the adsorption of tetracyclines on the surface of GO/Apt accorded with the second-order kinetic model(correlation coefficient≥0.9950),and the adsorption process accorded with the Freundlich isotherm model(correlation coefficient≥0.9892),which was a spontaneous endothermic process(ΔG≤-1.20 kJ·mol^-1,ΔH≥29.89 kJ·mol^-1).The maximum adsorption capacities of GO/Apt for TC,DC and MC were 66.12 mg·g^-1,50.22 mg·g^-1 and 68.23 mg·g^-1,respectively.The removal efficiency of tetracycline antibiotics by GO/Apt adsorbent was over 80%,which indicated that it had a good application prospect in the removal of tetracycline antibiotics in environmental water samples.
