川崎病合并支原体感染患儿血清细胞因子水平的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨川崎病合并支原体感染患儿血清细胞因子水平的变化及意义。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月沧州市中心医院儿科收治的川崎病患儿72例为研究对象,根据支原体特异性抗体(MP-IgM)检测结果分为支原体感染组18例和非支原体感染组54例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清MP-IgM、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗前支原体感染组患儿血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平明显高于非支原体感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组治疗后上述指标的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论川崎病合并支原体感染患儿血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平明显增高,上述指标的检测有利于早期发现支原体感染,值得临床借鉴使用。Objective To study the changes and significance of serum cytokines in children with Kawasaki disease complicated with mycoplasma infection.Methods Totally 72 children with Kawasaki disease admitted to Pediatric Department of Cangzhou Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to whether they were complicated with mycoplasma infection,the children were divided into mycoplasma infection group(n=18)and non-mycoplasma infection group(n=54).Serum MP-IgM,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-αwere detected by ELISA.Results Before treatment,serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-αof mycoplasma infection group were obviously higher than those of non-mycoplasma infection group(P<0.05);after treatment,serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-αof two groups were significantly lower than those before(P<0.05),but the above indexes between the two groups had no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-αare significantly increased in children with Kawasaki disease complicated with mycoplasma infection,and the detection of the above indicators are conducive to early detection of mycoplasma infection,which is worthy of clinical reference.
